We need some more commnds

instead of @whogm, you can just use @who to view all players online,
command @go and @warp if im correct are gm-only, well, would make the game too easy,
agreed about the last 4, though

I am happy to add the last few, however @go / @warp would make it to easy...Those commands would be found in high rate servers. The warper is now fixed so you can get to all the towns/dungeons via that. I will add the other commands for u guys asap
